MuraBella is a Tuscan-inspired, master-planned community located in St. Johns County, Florida. Encompassing over 600 acres, the project included 1,000 single-family units, half a million square feet of commercial space with a Publix and Flagler Hospital location, and 360 apartment units. 

Beth Breeding was responsible for widening the county road, completing entitlements and permits, assisting on horizontal work scope, and brokerage of commercial outparcels.
